🦁 Brave Integrates Cardano — 84 Million Users Meet Native ADA and ZK Privacy

In a major leap toward real-world adoption, Brave Browser is partnering with Input Output (IOHK) to bring native Cardano support to its multi-chain wallet — used by over 84 million users globally. 🌍

Once live, users will be able to:

  • Hold and manage $ADA directly in Brave

  • Interact with native Cardano assets like $NIGHT

  • Participate in governance from inside the browser

  • Swap tokens seamlessly, all without leaving Brave

But that’s not all. Brave Ads and VPN services will integrate Midnight’s zero-knowledge privacy tech, marking one of the first real-world implementations of Cardano’s upcoming privacy layer. This means millions of users could benefit from on-chain privacy protections by default — without needing to touch a wallet or DApp interface.

This partnership doesn’t just bring Cardano to new users — it brings Web3 privacy and accessibility into the mainstream browser experience.

🛡 Trust Wallet Adds Full Support for Cardano’s Upgrade

Trust Wallet, with over 200 million downloads, has officially integrated full support for Cardano’s latest network upgrade, CIP-1694, also known as the Plomin hard fork.

This update brings significant enhancements to the staking experience:

  • ADA stakers can now claim rewards seamlessly after delegating to a DRep (Delegated Representative).

  • Delegation to a DRep is now a prerequisite for withdrawing staking rewards, aligning with Cardano's move towards on-chain governance.

  • Users can manage their governance status directly within the app, choosing to delegate, abstain, or express no confidence.

This integration simplifies participation in Cardano’s governance, making it more accessible to a broader user base.

📈 Minswap Surpasses ₳7.5 Billion in Total Transaction Volume

Minswap, the leading decentralized exchange (DEX) on Cardano, has officially surpassed ₳7.5 billion in total transaction volume—a significant milestone for the platform and the broader Cardano DeFi ecosystem.

This achievement underscores Minswap's role as a cornerstone of Cardano's decentralized finance landscape, reflecting its growing adoption and the increasing activity within the network.

Recent enhancements, such as the launch of Minswap V2, have contributed to this growth by offering improved throughput, reduced fees, and advanced trading features.

As Cardano continues to evolve, Minswap's success illustrates the ecosystem's potential to support robust and scalable DeFi solutions.
