📢 Franklin Templeton Runs Cardano Nodes: $1.5 Trillion Vote of Confidence

Franklin Templeton, one of the world’s largest asset managers with over $1.5 trillion in assets under management, is now actively running Cardano nodes.

This revelation came after a high-level meeting between Jenny Johnson, CEO of Franklin Templeton, and Frederik Gregaard, CEO of the Cardano Foundation. The move underscores Franklin Templeton’s growing confidence in Cardano as a robust and scalable public blockchain platform.

By operating Cardano nodes, the firm is directly participating in the network’s decentralization and security  a bold statement from a traditional finance titan exploring blockchain beyond speculation.

This institutional endorsement may trigger a new wave of validation and interest from other asset managers watching Cardano’s evolution closely.

🌉 Tokeo Wallet Eyes Interoperability Between Cardano, Bitcoin, XRP, and SUI

Tokeo Wallet has unveiled its early-stage plans to bridge Cardano, Bitcoin, the XRP Ledger, and now also the SUI network aiming to create a truly interoperable, multichain experience for users.

According to team statements, they are working closely with Ripple representatives to enable XRP integration and open up cross-chain interactions. In parallel, Tokeo will soon reveal its $SUI integration, noting collaborations with top DEX aggregators, lending, and staking protocols to maximize DeFi potential.

For Cardano, this initiative reinforces its growing role at the center of a multichain financial ecosystem. Tokeo’s interoperability efforts could unlock seamless access across major blockchain networks  expanding Cardano’s reach and utility in the evolving Web3 landscape.

🆔 Lace Wallet Brings Decentralized Identity to Cardano with Identus

Lace Wallet, Cardano’s official light wallet, is taking a major leap toward Web3 usability and user sovereignty. In a new partnership with Hyperledger Identus, Lace is bringing decentralized identity (DID) technology directly into the wallet experience.

This follows a key strategy meeting held during the opening of IOG’s new office in Buenos Aires, where both teams aligned visions for accelerating the DID roadmap.

By embedding Identus tech, Lace will offer secure, user-controlled identity features — enabling frictionless authentication, reputation management, and future-proof onboarding to decentralized apps.

This marks a pivotal step for Cardano’s identity layer, offering real utility that bridges blockchain innovation with everyday user needs.

🎊 A Message from Lucas

Hey everyone! Another week, more Cardano work. I spent most of my weekend catching up on Cardano governance and voted on 4 governance actions.

If you haven’t already, and you’re not delegating to a DRep, I invite you to delegate to me! All you need to do is go to gov.tools, connect your wallet, choose “Delegate to a DRep,” and copy my ID:
