🎓 IOG Launches Global Education Push with Japan & New Learning Platform

Cardano is scaling its educational outreach with two major initiatives: the upcoming Cardano Days Japan event and the new Cardano Education Program.

The IOG Education Team is organizing “Cardano Days in Tokyo” (late June), an inclusive event designed to demystify blockchain and smart contracts — especially for students and faculty from non-tech backgrounds. The focus is on interdisciplinary collaboration and real-world learning.

In parallel, the Education Team is developing a self-paced Cardano Education Program with modular courses that cover the entire ecosystem. This platform will serve as a flexible entry point for learners at all levels.

🧾 Originate Launches: Cardano Foundation Takes Supply Chain Trust to the Next Level

The Cardano Foundation has launched Originate, an open-source traceability solution that brings verifiable supply chain tracking to Cardano.

Designed for certifiers and enterprises, Originate provides seamless integration to verify authenticity, improve transparency, and build trust across global logistics and trade systems.

Built entirely on Cardano, Originate offers a frictionless path to blockchain adoption in traditional sectors — a real-world use case with the potential to scale. It highlights Cardano’s strength in serving enterprise needs while maintaining its decentralized ethos.

🔄 Lace Enables Cross-Chain Swaps for Cardano via Wanchain

Cardano just took another leap in interoperability: Lace Wallet now supports native cross-chain swaps across 12+ major blockchains — including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC — via integration with Wanchain.

This feature empowers ADA holders to move between chains without intermediaries, unlocking access to assets and ecosystems across the broader crypto landscape. It also enhances Cardano’s liquidity and DeFi reach by removing the barriers to multichain usability.
