The event, organized by the Latam Cardano Community, will center around three key concepts: Argentine DNA, freedom through technology, and innovation at a governmental level. Xerberus Partners with Nuvola Digital to Enhance Risk Rating Services on Future Layer1 Network
Xerberus, a risk rating protocol, has established a strategic partnership with Nuvola, a platform that democratizes access to decentralized network rewards. The collaboration aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of Xerberus' risk ratings on its future Layer1 Network by leveraging Nuvola's advanced node infrastructure.
Nuvola offers a crowd-share model that enables users to participate in decentralized networks without requiring technical expertise. By acquiring 10 Xerberus nodes, Nuvola will contribute to the decentralized computation of risk ratings, enhancing the system's transparency and security. The platform operates a network of servers across Europe, North America, and Asia, ensuring high performance and security for its users. Nuvola’s $NVL token simplifies participation in decentralized networks, making it accessible to a wider audience.
This partnership will benefit Xerberus users by providing more accurate and reliable risk data. The partnership also introduces an incentive program where holders of $NVL tokens will earn $XER tokens, fostering a deeper integration between the two communities. By integrating Nuvola's infrastructure, Xerberus aims to create a more robust and trustworthy risk assessment platform for the crypto market. READ MORE

Cardano Nears Chang Hard Fork with Node 9.1.0 Release
Cardano is inching closer to the highly anticipated Chang hard fork with the release of Cardano Node 9.1.0. This latest node version marks a crucial milestone, as it includes all necessary features for the upcoming upgrade.
Node 9.1.0 introduces a new Conway genesis file, a vital component for the Chang hard fork. Additionally, it incorporates bug fixes and enhancements to improve overall performance and compatibility.
Intersect has confirmed that the recently released Cardano Node 9.1.0 marks the final technical step before the implementation of on-chain decision-making. This aligns with the vision outlined in the Voltaire era, which aims to introduce governance and treasury management to the Cardano blockchain.
Stake Pool Operators (SPOs) and other key stakeholders in the Cardano ecosystem are urged to upgrade to Node version 9.1.0. This upgrade is essential for the upcoming Chang hard fork, which will introduce on-chain governance.
